Introduction

Aruwo™ is built for founders who want to create legitimate, valuable businesses. These Platform Rules define what you can build, how you can use the AI Builder, and what is strictly prohibited. They exist to protect users, third parties, and the integrity of the platform.

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.


1. What You Can Build

Aruwo™ is designed to help you build real businesses. You are encouraged to use the platform to create:

  • E-commerce stores and marketplaces
  • Fintech and payments applications
  • Logistics and delivery platforms
  • Education and learning tools
  • Healthcare information and appointment platforms
  • Agricultural supply chain and market tools
  • Real estate listing and management platforms
  • SaaS tools and dashboards
  • Community platforms and social networks
  • NGO and government service tools
  • News, media, and content platforms
  • Professional services and booking platforms
  • Any other legitimate business application

2. Prohibited Projects and Uses

The following are strictly prohibited on Aruwo™. Building, generating code for, or facilitating any of the following will result in immediate account suspension:

2.1 Illegal Activities

  • Applications designed to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
  • Tools designed to circumvent KYC/AML requirements
  • Platforms for selling or distributing illegal goods or substances
  • Applications facilitating unauthorized access to computer systems (hacking tools, credential harvesters, keyloggers)
  • Counterfeit goods marketplaces
  • Gambling platforms where online gambling is prohibited by local law

2.2 Harmful Content

  • Platforms for generating, distributing, or hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to authorities
  • Tools designed to produce non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes)
  • Platforms facilitating targeted harassment, doxxing, or coordinated abuse
  • Extremist or terrorist recruitment or propaganda platforms

2.3 Deceptive Applications

  • Phishing websites or impersonation pages
  • Fake investment or "get rich quick" platforms designed to defraud users
  • Applications that misrepresent their purpose to end users
  • Ponzi schemes, pyramid scheme platforms, or fraudulent MLM tools

2.4 Malicious Software

  • Malware, ransomware, or spyware generation
  • Platforms for distributing malicious code
  • Vulnerability exploit tools intended for unauthorized use

2.5 Privacy Violations

  • Applications designed to scrape personal data without consent
  • Stalkerware or unauthorized location-tracking applications
  • Platforms that aggregate and sell personal data without legal basis

2.6 Weapons and Dangerous Goods

  • Platforms facilitating the illegal sale or manufacture of firearms or weapons
  • Tools for synthesizing dangerous chemicals or controlled substances

3. AI Builder Rules

3.1 Prompt Conduct

You must not submit prompts designed to:

  • Generate malicious code, exploits, or security vulnerabilities
  • Produce content that violates Section 2 above
  • Jailbreak, manipulate, or override Aruwo's AI safety measures
  • Extract proprietary platform logic or system prompts
  • Generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property

3.2 Automated Abuse

You must not:

  • Use scripts, bots, or automated tools to submit bulk prompts beyond your plan's rate limits
  • Attempt to exhaust AI credits on purpose to gain competitive intelligence
  • Share API access with users outside your authorized team

3.3 Generated Code Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated code before deploying it. Aruwo™ does not guarantee that generated code is:

  • Free of bugs or security vulnerabilities
  • Compliant with regulations in your industry (e.g. fintech licensing, health data laws)
  • Suitable for production use without review

You must not deploy generated code in a live environment serving real users without appropriate review, testing, and where necessary, professional security auditing.


4. Payment and Billing Rules

  • You must not attempt to circumvent payment requirements by creating multiple accounts to exploit free tier limits
  • You must not use fraudulent payment credentials
  • You must not charge-back legitimate transactions — abuse of the chargeback process will result in permanent suspension and may be reported to payment processors
  • You must not resell Aruwo™ platform access to third parties outside of our authorized Reseller Program

5. Domain Rules

  • You must not register domains in bad faith, including cybersquatting (registering trademarks you do not own with intent to sell)
  • You must not use Aruwo™ domain services to register domains for phishing, fraud, or spam operations
  • Registrant information must be accurate as required by ICANN policies
  • You must not register domains on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities

6. GitHub and Code Conduct

  • You must not use GitHub integration to exfiltrate other users' code or project data
  • You must not commit malicious code, backdoors, or obfuscated harmful logic to repositories created through Aruwo™
  • You are responsible for the security of repositories you create and manage

7. Team and Collaboration Rules

  • You must not add team members to your organization without their consent
  • Organization Owners are responsible for the conduct of all members in their workspace
  • You must not share your account login with individuals who are not authorized team members on your plan

8. Templates Marketplace Rules

If you publish templates to the Aruwo™ marketplace:

  • Templates must be original work or properly licensed
  • Templates must not include malicious code, backdoors, or hidden tracking
  • Template descriptions must accurately represent what the template does
  • You must not copy or resell another creator's template without permission
  • Templates that violate Section 2 will be removed and your marketplace access revoked
  • You are responsible for providing reasonable support to users of your paid templates

9. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user is violating these rules, or if you discover a security vulnerability in the platform, report it to:

We investigate all reports and will notify you of the outcome where possible.


10. Enforcement

Aruwo™ reserves the right to:

  • Issue a warning for first-time minor violations
  • Temporarily suspend accounts pending investigation
  • Permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement without prior notice
  • Cooperate fully with legal authorities investigating violations

Appeals may be submitted to legal@aruwo.dev within 14 days of a suspension or termination decision.


11. Changes

We may update these Platform Rules as the platform grows. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
